• Queen Villa = 2 adults max

• Queen + Twin Villa = 3 adults max

Are the villas private?

• Yes, each villa has its own private entry, private bathroom with shower.

How may rooms are there in a villa?

• All our villas are studio style with a combined bedroom, kitchenette with a private bathroom and shower.

What is the minimum number of nights?

• 2 night minimum is required for all villas

Is there a laundry facility?

• Yes, there is a shared washer and dryer on the property.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

• Yes, several local grocery stores, just minutes away by car.

Is there a Restaurant/Bar on the property?

• No, however there are several dining options nearby in Ojochal and Uvita.

Are pets allowed?

• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

Is there a TV in the villas?

• Sorry! No TV but trust us, you won't need one!

Do I need a 4x4 to access the property?

• No, however 4x4 is recommended.
