Terms and Conditions

Check-In is between 2pm-3pm local time. Payment of the full villa rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment for the villa has been received and approved. The property is secure, and a gate code will be provided to you on the morning day of your arrival to allow access to the property.

Check-out is at 11am local time. Later check-out times may be requested but subject to availability. At check-out time please drop keys at the front desk area.

Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations - There are no cancellation fees if cancelled up to 7 days before check-in. You will be charged the cost of our 2 night minimum rate, if you cancel within 7 days of arrival. If you do not show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Early Departure Fee - Applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out dates. A 2 night minimum rate will be charged for early departure.

Deposit - No advanced payment. Full payment due upon check-in.

No Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in villas or surrounding community areas. Arbol Verde Villas is a smoke-free property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $150 room cleaning fee.

Damages - During your stay, the villas, all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the villa. You (the guest) are financially responsible for any damage to the villa. A summary check will be made of the villa check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the villa and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the villa. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email immediately. Please note, immediate notification after check-out of any damages to, breakages or missing items with the villa is expected. Arbol Verde Villas can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are working and provided as expected.
